Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS:
All clients must confirm appointments at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment. A cancellation fee may be applied for any no shows/cancellations.
LATE POLICY:
I also have a 10 minute late policy, if you are more then 10 minutes late to your appointment it will be subjected to be rescheduled to another date or time.
REFUNDS:
Refunds are not offered on services that are paid for or completed. I highly encourage open communication if you are for some reason unhappy with your service.. I am more than happy to assist with finding something to satisfy your wants/needs.
Clients will be asked when booking an appointment to leave a card on file, this card will NOT be charged, unless cancellation fee/no show fee is applied.
EYEBROW TOUCH UPS:
Please note all touch up appointments are for existing clients only. Also for existing clients touch ups must be done by 2 year mark.. if not, it will no longer be considered a touch up and full price will be charged.
